On Friday we had a Mary Mackillop Day. It's where you dress up as someone from the 1800s but I don't know who I was. I think I was just an ordinary person. I rode my bike to school on that day too which was pretty cool.
Last Friday 3P had dance lessons. We leant a Michael Jackson dance. I liked it but it was really hard. We are doing a waltzing matilda dance. We have to hold hands in the dance,I don't like that part though.
On Tuesday some Japanese students came to our classroom. They taught us their culture and they had a presentation for us. Jesse and Jacqueline had to dress in kimonos. Japan had hair extension and false nails.
On Wednesday we had African drummers come to our school. The groups' name was Wala. They had big drums, small drums, tiny drums and a huge drum. The year 6 students got to see it twice.
The Wild man is an investigator for nature. He took lots of photos for us. There were 50 different things to touch. My group's name was the billabong turtle.
